The Wreck is just a really good sandwich, and this place is one of the few restaurants that will actually make stuff spicy if you want it, and they do it by adding their blend of "hot peppers". It is so good. My wife loves the soup, mom loves the salads and soup, and I cannot get enough of The Wreck. Now you know.

The food is great but the service needs help, don't order online because they will leave ingredients and not let you know. They also close an hour early because they feel like it according to the manager Matthew or Mark. I only reason I still go is because I have points to use on the app.

The employee making our sandwich was amazing ! I accidentally placed the wrong sandwich order (completely my fault) and the employee was nice enough to make me the sandwich I wanted originally. The employee was understanding of my dietary restrictions (no animal products whatsoever). Store was very on brand for the name.

The soup amazing!! The cookies were so delicious and moist they just fell apart in your mouth the sandwiches were really good my favorite is the soups? A bit pricey but for a CLEAN place to eat worth it, the staff is not really friendly ?.

Food is delicious, although the order was wrong... twice. Super busy at lunchtime... I wouldn't recommend visiting during lunchtime. Next time I order an Avo Turkey sandwich, I'll open it up and make sure the avo is included.

I placed an order for a sandwich and I had a 20 minute wait until delivery. After about 18 minutes I checked my phone to see if the driver was near. When I got onto the app I realized my order was cancelled. I checked my email and phone calls to make sure I didn’t miss anything. They never called and cancelled my order due to short staff. Canceling my order isn’t what I’m upset about. It’s the fact that I had to call them as to why it was cancelled, they never called me.

I don't like the lack of toppings, but I guess I'm spoiled by subway. Granted, even without toppings, the food is amazing and way better than subway!

Today was my time visiting Potbelly and it was great!!! Upon entry staff was so cheerful and informative as I didn't know what would be a good first choice. I went for a BLTA AND IT WAS AMAZING. FLAVORFUL AND FRESH. I'm from NY city where BLT, is the holy grail of every corner store and POTBELLY... made the best BTLA in Lubbock hands down. The hot sauce was delicious also well made with olives and pickles amongst other seasonings. This was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. THANKS POTBELLY for the " good vibes, great sandwiches!!!!!

I’ve been three times now and every time my order has been wrong and I won’t notice until im back home. It also says they use campus cash but when I try to use it they always try to argue with me. Im tired of coming to this location I’m just gonna make the drive to the other one.

Great sandwich. Nice atmosphere with comfortable chairs and tables. The person making the sandwich wasn't very friendly, but the other two were nice.

Tried Potbelly’s for the first time today and I’m so disappointed!! Paid almost $60 for two of the blandest sandwiches I’ve ever wasted money on. Ordered mine with light onion and extra tomatoes and they confused those two, gave me a ridiculous amount of onion and three of the thinnest slices of tomato for a large sub. Mine was a chicken club with double the meat and bacon and it doesn’t matter how much you put on it when there’s no flavoring to any of the meats. Ordered an Italian sub for my husband and while his wasn’t quite as bland as mine, it still lacked flavoring. Firehouse Subs is 1000% better. Please don’t waste your money here.

Came here after a nice walk with our dog. The food was good and they even came out with a water bowl for our dog. 10/10 recommend
