The beef on the tacos was a bit greasy as was the shredded brisket the chips were a bit too salty and I like salt however the sides were very good I was impressed with the rice and the flour tortillas I'll definitely go back,by the way the chip refills are free ( the second batch didn't seem as salty as the first) Reasonable prices worth a check out

Unfortunately, my experience at Qdoba was a disappointment. The lack of professionalism and service was evident in every aspect of my visit. It's a shame because I have enjoyed their food in the past, but the poor quality of service and final product has made me reconsider ever returning. Qdoba needs to invest in proper training and ensure that their staff takes pride in their work if they want to keep customers coming back.

I recently visited Qdoba and unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the customer service. The service was exceptionally slow, leading to a frustrating dining experience. Despite the quality of the food, the extended wait times significantly impacted my overall enjoyment. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in the efficiency of service.
The Gm I had talk to about my order made my order wrong and my taco plate was cold all my tortillas were broken to wear I couldn’t even eat them. I called and she was rude and wouldn’t let me talk she got frustrated and hung up on me. I so upset because this is are place were we go and this is how we get treated. I pay money for good food and I get bad service from her. She was rude and as a fromer GM IWould never talk to people like that nor hang up on customers.

Food was good. The direct comparison is to Chipotle. A win is the queso and guac at no additional charge, where as Chipotle charges for everything. With that the queso they add is very little compared to what they use to add. Food cost must be climbing. Atmosphere is basic but typically always clean. Service was excellent. All staff members were nice and professional.

We placed an online order and instead of having it ready at the pickup time the restaurant decided to NOT have it ready and we had to stand around and wait another 30 minutes that is poor service. We should have had our food ready for pickup instead of waiting around for it.

Just found this place. Ordered online for a pickup. Ordered the tortilla bowl with all kinds of of deliciousness piled in. When I arrived the young man apologized that the bowls were all sold out , but he offered me a bag of chips instead..... I kindly accepted his offer. The food tasted fresh and it was really good , except for the one big chunk of birria meat that could not be chewed , it was so tough. But the rest of the bowl was the bomb. I will definitely give it another try in the future.

Every time we eat here the soda machine is either out of ice or drinks or both. The tables were in need of cleaning this time. The food was good but expensive. Additionally attentions needs to be given to the dinning area during the lunch rush.
