Unfortunately I have to change my review, this is the 4th time that I see how they are reducing the amount of meat they put in the dishes and burritos, for almost 20 dollars of beef fajita they add little meat and I don't think that is fair for those We spend our money on coffee roses, I love that food but if they continue to put little meat, I and my entire family will stop eating in that place where we have been eating for years.
Rosa's Cafe Tortilla Factory is a large and beautiful restaurant, its decoration is unique, bright colors, ceramic decorations everywhere, its breakfasts are fresh, delicious and abundant, the attention they offered us was friendly and efficient, its hygiene is good also and maintained, their prices are the best in all of Lubbock TX, I recommend their breakfasts that are varied, we will return!!Parking: Enough space.

Typical line in the drive thru. Burrito Plate and Guacamole Salad pretty standard but had a good flavor and a lot of food. Refried beans were too runny. Guacamole had a little too much lemon in it.
