They were out of tomatoes for a margherita flatbread, which was okay. My boyfriend's order however was completely wrong- forgot the mushrooms that were added extra. Charged for them but not received. Building is also very dilapidated and in need of some serious remodels and touch-ups! Workers also left the order ahead ringing for more than 10 minutes, and one of the cooks in the back kitchen area had no mask on.

I just got the worst original sandwich I have EVER gotten at your store! Got a large original and it had two pieces of ham and two pieces of salami on the whole sandwich, barely any vegetables and only very little cheddar cheese. And I paid $12.00 for a poor excuse for a sandwich! I know times are tough but come on! I think I will find another store to visit! And to think I drove from the east side of Lubbock all the way to your store to get this!!

Foods good. Thats it. This Place is nasty . A sanitation crew needs to come in and clean this place up. Tables need to be revamped or replaced. The cooler for the bottled drinks is so loud and you can tell nobody cleans the ventilation on it So what you’re hearing is the pump going out. This owner needs to step up and step out.

So, food and service was great, no complaints there. The one I do have is cleanliness. I noticed the back of the restaurant was quite dirty. Did not get to see in the kitchen area, but the area just outside of it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was dust and dirt and paint chips on the floor which leads me to believe the cleaning of the restaurant is just surface cleaning instead of a deep clean to make sure there aren't any transmitting anything.

This place is a dump. Flies buzzing on windows, icky ceiling tiles, and wobbly tables. The sandwich is what one expects from a Schlotzsky's but this place really needs to be cleaned up and made presentable.

Well I have to say that I LOVE Schlotzkys and always have. Most of the time it's not the food but the cleanliness of the place. This is location almost always exudes that and today is no different. My wife and I walked in at 8pm with literally not one person eating in the lobby and there literally maybe three clean tables. The food was good but man the place was unclean. I'll come back but this should be addressed.
