Holy Moley the burgers were amazing!! They were big and the taste was perfect!! The side fries/tots were HUGE!! Probably double anywhere else, AND a great price!! Just a good ole down home burger!! When I come back to Lubbock I will be visiting again! Thanks guys!! YUM!!

20 mins for 3 shaved ice. My shaved ice came out wrong. I went and took it back . got it wrong again. When i went back the 3rd time, the lady kept making me sound like i ordered the wrong thing when i clearly said pickle with lime salt and chile. So 45 mins later i still paid full price and was told it was my fault

I tried the elote and the mangonada, both were subpar. The mangonada was watery and syrupy and the mango on top was not fresh. The corn in the elote was canned.

Horrible service waited to damn long for a chicken strip basket that wasn't even good! my bread wasn't toasted my fries were old my gravy was missing and they look sooo long to get it for me then the girls in the back are just playing around giggling instead of getting orders out overall I waited like 30mins for my chicken strip dinner and my husband food was ready about 10-20mins after mine was out so by the time he got his food mine was all cold and his burger was not good either

First and last time there!!! Not happy with service!! It took 20 minutes just to make a banana split, Really??!! WTH?? It says no Refunds, so right there I should have know not to stop at this place. No Refund coz they take forever to make a banana split!! Don't waste your time going here especially if your in a hurry to get to Dr appt.
Food and service was great my only complaint is the strawberry lemonade tasted gross or else I would have given 5 stars. I wish I knew the gentleman's name but he was kind and polite excellent customer service.

I used to love this place but I've noticed since the short Mexican manager isn't there the quality has changed, the new manager doesn't care. And I dont see this place being open much longer because it's being ran into the ground. They use to take call in orders and now when I try to call they say they don't they are always rude when I go in. This was my favorite place to eat, very disappointed. I think its time to find new management.

Absolutely the most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I walked to the counter and the person that was at the register walked away. They forgot my hole order and I had to remind them 3 times until they finally got it out.while I was ordering the cashier kept interrupting me to tell me about messages on his telephone. Food was great. Don't recommend going thru the lobby.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place earned one. So the selection looked good, we ordered two shaved ice cups and it came out to $15. Ok but I hoped it was good. I mean one had ice cream and the other had cucumbers. Then they took 30 min to make them, eh it's Sunday and they're busy. I get it. Then we get the snowcones and that was it. They barely had any syrup. The icecream was a scoop on top of a mound of ice, not even mixed in ready to become a huge mess. I barely got any cucumbers. They need to step up their game.
