McDonald's worst coffee day is Starbucks best. Not a great standard. Coffee is hard to mess up and yet everytime is what I get is a mixup.

Ordered coffee to go in large quantities the day before they don’t have the order ready and they didn’t care whether or not it was done correctly. No apologies were given and it was just to take it or leave it kind of situation. Super disappointed.

Iced Shaken Espresso...... More than half the time it looks like this. You may think "it's just a coffee" but it's truly a day ruiner receiving a coffee that looks nothing like it should and tastes like a tall glass of milk with a drop iced shaken espresso. Please be more consistent in making these.

I drove 60 miles & stopped at the 1st Starbucks ordered my cold brew special didn’t look right I asked girl at window about and she said that correct and closed the window I left because I had an appointment then went back ordered the same drink paid for it again & I tried to tell another girl there about my drink I ordered earlier & she told me I can’t take that & closed the window on me all I wanted to do is explain to her then I went inside talked to the mgr & he was worried about giving my money back no apology or nothing I didn’t want my $ back just wanted them to get my drink correct very rude customer service!! Management & crew
