I am done going to Starbucks or any coffee shop due to their relentless pressure for you to tip at the DRIVE THRU lol . Can you not put your machine in my face with the "How much you want to tip" screen on it? I mean if I was inside and someone kept coming to my table to refill my coffee well that would be different but at the drive through? I mean your drive through is no different than any other fast food drive through, does burger king ask for tips at the drive through? No of course not. I purchased my own espresso machine and will stay far away from these places until the tipping nonsense has stopped.

This is the worst Starbucks in Lubbock. I made two different orders with two different barristers (came in to study… ordered once to get me started and ordered again when I was done studying). Both people were rude, impatient, and short. Throughout my stay I also overheard them being rude and short to other customers. On top of that, the coffee was watered down.

Normal Starbucks have great service but this was 2nd visit where I was told to hold on since she was on microphone headset like I can tell. Just rude...seemed to not care that I came in.... walk in at 550

This place is the worst of all! They do not have the system to respect the "first-come, first-serve" tenet. I stopped coming to this place two years back. However they did not improve. I again start coming to this starbucks store with the thought that they have improved. Unfortunately, it is still the same. There is nothing wrong with the workers, but with the system. When they serve, they prioritize American name and serve when it is busy. If the worker see an unfamiliar or "non-European" name, they delay those. I am a professor in the college of Engineering at TTU. I have waited almost half an hour to get my latte expresso order, whereas I have witnessed a few students or other people (with European name) to receive their orders, though they came much after me. I would not make this comment if I have witnessed it once. Unfortunately, it had happened at least 2-3 times in the past. I hope the Starbucks will take this issue seriously and emphasize training their employee or develop a system that allow first-come, first-serve basis.

This places sucks. They always short me on a drink and don’t fix the situation. I get a medium Frappuccino put into a large cup with four shots of espresso. I watch them dump the rest of the Frappuccino in the sink when the drink is only 3/4 of the way full I say something but they just look at me. This photo is right when I got to my car.

Why did i pay 6.55 for a "large"vanilla cappuccino and only get 1/2 of a cup full? Beyond pissed I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS OVERRATED ESTABLISHMENT! Zero ? 's...I need a refund!

This store employee doesn’t talk with customer… they do there work and busy on talking with headphones… if someone stand 5 minutes in front of them they don’t communicate with them …I am a doordesher and very disappointed with this attitude… manager please take a meeting of this … thanks

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a joke. Maybe it wouldn't take 30 minutes to get a drink if the employees would stay off their phones. Management is extremely rude! I visit this location all of the time but this will be the last!!!
