It’s subway, understaffed. Do not order sandwiches online. They will take 30 minutes completing orders in person before acknowledging your existence despite your sandwich appearing complete on their app.

The one (1) person working there, Judy, was incredibly rude and impatient, assuming me and my partner were doing separate orders and made a deal of me clarifying that it was all together. Interrupted me while ordering several times and just generally made it feel like I was the worst person alive for asking the person who works at a sandwich place for a sandwich.

It’s not welcoming , staff is rude and certainly has attitude. Told us it was gonna be a 30 -45 min wait bc their systems were down and I was the only one in line and I got pull to the side while a different customer was ordering 15 mins after . Staff gets mad over a mistake she made and lack on communication to redo my sandwich bc she messed up on the meat and didn’t bother in apologizing and redoing it . Who is hiring these ppl , these ppl don’t know what they are doing .

I went to the one on 82 and the lady was rude gave me subs that was not toasted and was out of everything . I reached out to this one and they really help me only going to this one from now on best customer service and stay in stock on everything they don’t run out of simple things

It was 2am. My order was said to be ready at 2:10am....even allowing them almost 20mins past that my food wasn't even being MADE until 3:15am. I kept getting pushed aside for the THREE other people that came in and although I'd already paid apparently Doordash and customers who hadn't yet paid took priority? Clearly the two behind the counter DONT have a college education otherwise they would see that math doesn't add up.
