Stephanie M needs training in customer service. Did not acknowledge that we were standing at the counter waiting to place our orders. She noticed that we were there. She just walked away towards the back. We waited there for 5 minutes. Even the employees who were preparing the food notices that we had been standing there for a while didn’t even acknowledge us. Until a customer told us that we had to place our order in the self check out Someone who didn’t work there was helpful enough to explain to us on how to place our orders. Rudest people ever.

They were super quick at getting my food out to me. Way better experience than it has been, in a while! Hopefully it stays that way.
It never fails that the line will be long if you're planning on going by after 10pm but it moves pretty fast and I've only had a few occurrences where something was left out of my order but it's close to home and for the most part they get everything right and the food is always good. I still recommend this Taco Bell over the others around town.
