I have been trying to reach the manager or owner for two years now over the phone, when I do get thru to the store number the employees tell me they don’t know when the manager will ever be in.. Do anyone know how I can reach this subway in Lucas tx about previous employment? Please let me know asap thank

For the last couple years, every single time I go to this Walmart Subway, I have the misfortune of getting the same employee. She’s on the short side, and I think she is the manager, believe it or not. And all the time I’ve been going there, I have never once seen the woman smile. Quite the contrary. She looks angry. She frowns. She is so rude. She makes me feel unwelcome. I cringe when I walk in and see her there. I never feel more unwelcome than when I have to deal with her. I wish she would quit and find a job she actually likes, far away from people.

Never open on time, and when you bring it up the employee argues and gaslights you about it. Very rude. Even when the store is open the employee has a super bad attitude.

Rating based on customer service and not food itself. I’ve ordered here numerous times online but called to place an order before close and said I could be there in just a few minutes because I was already on my way. The employee helping me was a woman and she told me that they were closed even though it was 11 min prior to the closing time stated on their site. Also, I know how I sound because no one likes customers who walk in at the last min but I was ready to be there very quickly and just needed a small sub. I guess I’m glad they told me over the phone and not in person because I cannot poker face well.

Last time I got a sandwich here, they drowned it in mayo. It was an online pick up so maybe they felt a little braver sabotaging my food than if I ordered in person.

The hispanic employees here are rude. They don't have customer service skills. I don't know if it's company policy, but they will put so little amount of cheese on your personal pizza and other sides on your sandwiches.

Before shopping at Walmart I ordered a custom sandwich on the Subway app. It said will be ready in 15min. Did my shopping and 15 min later went to subway and picked up my sandwich. It was stuffed full of fresh toppings and made exactly how I ordered it. Bread was chewy and fresh tasting. Honestly one of the better subway sandwiches I have had in a long time. Not as good as Subway in the 90's but much better than lately. Cheers.
