Every time we order from there, they get something wrong. Fries never used to be this salty, now they’re virtually inedible. Today, they were almost burnt on top of it. They never give me honey roasted bbq with my chicken club, even when I ask for it. When I ask for extra ice, they put even less than what’s “normal”. Sucks that it’s the closest to where I live. Today is probably the last time I order from there. :/

First time ever having a bad experience with Chick-fil-A. Ordered a Cob salad on 3-9. Not even three hours after eating, I was sick for over 18 hours. Considering the salad being my only meal of the day, and was what came up, I don't see that it could have been anything else.

The chick fil an atmosphere in this restaurant is really lacking. The speed of getting your food when dining in is slow and the it feels like the staff these days just doesn’t care. The cleanliness of this store is lacking as well.

Went Thursday 12/7/23 to to drive thru at 9:20pm, drove up thru first lane worker told me to get in second lane, too late at that point so drove up to window asked associate if they wanted me to drive back around or order there, reply was order there. asked for four chicken strips and small ice tea with lemon, they took my card. The entire time the associate teenagers were jacking around, putting ice down each others back and such. They go to get my Ice Tea with lemon and dumped lemon all over the floor.. I guess this is about the time they forgot to give me my Debit card back. Came back tonight 12/9/23 5:30pm, they said we have that card, great ! As I waited and waited for the card, the so called manager I guess came out and told me they had destroyed it, he tells me after 48 hours they destroy the cards, last time I checked that wasn't 48 hours !! I told the manager if you didn't have teenagers jacking around at the window they wouldn't have had to destroy they 3 cards they had. He told me it's my personal property and it's my responsibility to make sure I recover it ! Really so Chick-fil-A destroyed my personal property, Nice ! Floor was a mess in the window area disgusting !! This location has some work to do !!
