I have always loved Cane’s, but the last time I went I found something inside one of the chicken tenders. After researching, it seems to be something called “discoloration disease” that can happen with chickens. It is safe to eat, however not recommended. This is to warn people to check before eating. Was disgusted by this, so be careful.Edit for after the fact: They responded and are taking care of it. Handled well!

LOVE Caines, however this locations music, inside the restaurant is so loud you can't hold a conversation. It was a mix and some of it was screaming metal, which is obnoxious already, but played loud in a place with concrete floors, it is like nails on a chalkboard. If you have company with you, hard to hold a conversation here. I love music, all of it, but this was really obnoxiously loud for an eating establishment, especially if ypu plan on talking to someone. I did ask a lady at the register is it could be turned down a bit, she said she'd ask the manager but apparently didn't, or did and the manager doesn't care. Not a good place to come if you actually talk to who you sit at a table with.

We pulled up to the drive-thru and weren't well greeted. There was no hello it was just, what can I get you. Picking up our food from the window, we felt rushed in getting our food. We weren't able to check our order as the window was shut on us. We had to honk to ask for a missing sauce. The sodas tasted like the machine had not been cleaned in a while. We didn't drink any of them. For the price for the food, the customer service and attention to food service should be much better.
