First time going to this location ordered a group order we got home and the first taste we all got was rancid ? my in-laws had upset stomach my husband threw up and I’m pregnant so it upset me so much I was in the restroom all afternoon not recommending this place it was good environment but bad food if I could I would give it a 0

Ok look I understand that Taco Bell probably isn't expected to have the best service but I'm literally standing here looking at 6 employees not doing anything. I haven't ordered yet and it's been 4 minutes of silence. One employee literally asked the group standing around "what are y'all doing standing around?"Hopefully the food is good but the service sucks.Edit: food ultimately took 1.5 hours to complete. It was just sitting somewhere that the employees lost track of. Nice job, guys.

Whatever happened to customer service?Oh yea today’s youth don’t know how to greet their pay check! ME! Much less do TWO things at once! Greet and My cups! When I am obviously standing in front of them. Manager held up in the office!I grabbed my own cups!!They don’t even acknowledge you when you leave.$32.00 for 3 people will remind to go somewhere else next time.This was a favorable moment

Worst experience I’ve had picking up a doordash order, I waited 45 mins for a Taco Bell order that a customer put in 30 mins before I got there, so total time for the order was a hour and 15 mins, I would have cancelled on my end but when I asked them they said they were working on it, I finally got the order once I talked to a manager took 6 mins after that! During this time they were doing drive this orders but making all the dashers wait

Who ever the CEO is needs to do better marketing on hiring people, or raise the pay at this store service is vary slow, waiting 40 minutes on an order communication is very weak, weak work ethic.
