Walked in, sat our selves and were never greeted, spoken to or acknowledged. After waiting for way too long - we left.

It was a treat. The food was very good. The only reason I rated the service a 4 is because the waitress didn't follow up after our food was delivered and walked right by us a few times. It wasn't a deal killer. Nothing that a little training won't fix.

The food was good and they had a real fun crowd. We went for dinner and ended up staying for 2.5 hours having fun.

Worst service ever! The waitress was so rude and wouldn’t every check on us. My child went up to get a refill and she walked past him 3 times. The owner is just as awful! He yanked the pool sticks out of my boys hands and told them they couldn’t play anymore. Food wasn’t what we ordered, but again we couldn’t tell them because they would just walk off as fast as they could.

Had a medical emergency and daughter taken away in ambulance and they still charged us full price, no refund or to go order offered as if we were any state to eat or wait for food and we had just ordered .Enjoy the free money. It was our first and last trip. It wouldn’t have happened at Willow Creek I promise!
