Was in The Valley for work and needed something healthy and quick for lunch. I was very impressed with the food and the service! Had the chicken and goat cheese wrap and it was fantastic! Will definitely make this place a regular stop when in the RGV!
If you're looking for a good quality food, this is the place to go! Fresh and Tasty has delicious chicken salads, soups and sandwiches. The dressings are made in house and are really good, my favorite are the cilantro and balsamic. Also their house drinks are delicious, with the cucumber lemonade being my favorite. Definitely a good place to go eat!

arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. the bill was fair for the quality of the food. feels like a place in charlotte that i enjoyed visiting.
