On Saturday afternoon around 5pm, I went to get a soup to go and I was very disappointed with the service. First I waited for over 45 minutes to get my order. The restaurant didn't seemed as busy as for the wait to be that long. I have been there multiple times and the service has always been fast and friendly . This time was different. The lady that was there taking orders was rude. The order was missing items such as bread that I have always gotten in the past and when I kindly asked I was rudely told that to go orders don't include any extras. I will definitely not come back due to this bad customer service and long wait times. Train your personnel on good customer service as little things like these can make you loose clients and word of mouth can give you guys a bad reputation just for one staff.

We arrived about 1:30pm and there were only 2 tables being served. We were 3rd table. I don't know if there was a lunch crowd before. My first time here and we wanted to try it out after good reviews.
