It's located inside the mall, in the food court area. I can't vouch for their authenticity, but their bourbon chicken and chicken with jalapeños (I don't actually know what they call that dish) are both really good. And their portions are awesome for their prices. Your seven dollars will go a long way. I've driven to the mall solely to pick up food from this stand.
