Worst manager ever. Rene treated us so badly last night. I was starving and my food tasted horrible and instead of making the situation better he humiliated me like I’ve never been before. I just wanted to pay our tab and leave. Ended up having to get pizza on our way home. Horrible horrible manager I’ve never encountered anyone so bad before. Will not be returning.

Food was great, but the service needs to be more attentive. There was not that many people in the first place, but customers had to get up and look for their server or contact the hostess.
Waitress was rude. Instead of responding to us or getting us our food she went and got the manager when all we asked for was lemons. Waited over 15min for biscuits when it's literally in their handbook when a customer sits down to give biscuits first. Parents tried ordering lobster since that is the promo and they said they are out of stock due to valentines. So what does valentines have to do with customers. Restaurant paid attention and served carry out over done in customers and the manager admitted to that. Salad was wet lettuce no toppings and lack of dressing. I keep forgetting that the service is bad at this location and wouldn't have dined in had I remembered.

Saturday night dinner, 7pm and the place had 3 tables seated. That should have been a clue! We entered and right away heard 2 servers arguing with the hostes about tables. Tables for 3...wait time was 20 min., hosted walked away talking with manager. Another couple came in and they got seated before us. I asked what about us, was ignored so we left to red lobster in south 10th.. even though it was packed, we got great service and the food was good too..
