Very disappointed. They “ran out” of papas asadas 5 hours before closing, the tacos were cold when I opened the box in parking lot (not even 3 minutes after they were given to me) and they didn’t include lime or cilantro with the tacos. The tacos were nothing special, the hot sauce they gave me was anything but spicy and the only thing that wasn’t a disappointment was the beans. Waste of $20. Wish I could give less stars than 1 star.

This sh*thole should be SHUT DOWN immediately. Their Trenton location has closed but they are now open on N. 10th. I went thru the drive thru and waited almost an HOUR without so much as a sorry or any communication whatsoever from the cashier. I finally had had enough and demanded my money back. Still no apology and instead the idiot employee gave me EXCUSES. I will never visit this restaurant again and highly encourage you all to spend your money somewhere else. This place doesn't deserve to be open.

Have been waiting on the drive-thru close to an hour after having been charged. No apology or signal from the employee. Others have gone up and complained as well. Finally after ringing the doorbell multiple times through the drive-thru, we were told it's because there was a large order in front of us. We asked for our money back and left. Lack of communication. Very well could have told us they had a large order and offered a discount if we came back. I would have come back and tried it again. But...No time wasted. Worst service ever.

Sorry but this is my honest opinion! Pictures did not match the quality and quantity of the food. It's not bad but it's not good either it's just not desirable sorry.

Customer service @ drive thru was very uncomfortable. The looks from the staff made me feel like I was bothering them. The gentleman helping us was friendly, but didn't feel comfortable sitting outside the window for the 15 min wait while our food was being prepared.

This location is closed in McAllen they only have the one in Mission open. Would be good to have updates instead of misleading locations.
i just bought a chavindeca at mission location and it only had like 3 pieces of meat

The Name "Infiernito" is what we have today, burned Onions, Tacos for Children (size) I will never go back. Service was Very Good, along with the Beans.
