Okay, so the Walmart there on Nolana was an awesome experience. I got very helpful service! I was looking for microphones, and had a hard time finding them but got help quick. That's what I call helpful service.

Pharmacy center needs more options and more helpful signs indicating the location of items, took me a very long time to search for tattoo lotion, only one kind not meant for fresh tattoos.

So I came here to buy a pair of cargo shorts, and the manager said that it was store policy that I couldnt try them on due to covid. So how am I supposed to know if they fit? Bad customer service. Dont waste your time going to this Walmart. They dont deserve your business, so dont waste your time.
To start, I'm handicapped, I've been here twice and both times a motorized chair has been offered. Now how great is that? The attendants were very polite and curtious. Prices are the same, but this Walmart is much cleaner and organized, clothes are neatly stacked and hung up. Fruits and vegetables look much fresher.

Yes yes I hear you Yelp, many business doing their best, but not the employees. Last night at around 18:50-19:00 I overheard my boi! Isaac, talking to this Older women (Isaac NOT the problem, it's the old lady lemme say that NOW) The older (let's call her HAG) HAG was saying she was going to take her lunch, Isaac responded with "I thought I was supposed to take my lunch? But that's okay, you'll go first and then I'll go afterwards. What a respectful kid! So anyways, I'm there waiting for help right and the lady has NOT clocked out, yet. SHE OFFERS ME HELP. She, offered ME. I did NOT ask. So I said, I need a hard drive. She shows me to the hard drives but alas I told her I'm looking for this specific hard drive. And as I was about to show her my phone she quickly says in a extremely rude way, "WELL THATS ALL I HAVE!" And literally f'n bolted/stormed off like a child when you take away their phone and they say, "you're ruining my life!" Sweet baby Jesus Mary and all else man, WOW. So my boo Isaac man, swoops in and i show him the photo, and he says oh yeah you're the guy that called! And he showed me to a specific location behind a specific case that bestowed the holy grail off external HDD's. Isaac = AWESOME! Old HAG = B**** THAT NEEDS TO BE FIRED! I know people in this Covid s*** that would LOVE your job to pay for the holes in their roof, or the car they've lost in the flood or to pay for rent before they get evicted.

Dark haired bearded big guy who I guess is one of the managers is the RUDEST person I've ever met. One of his employees even apologized to me because he was so rude. Skip that store if you want better customer service. I will definitely follow up with his district/area manger regarding this incident. Wish I could give it "0" stars.

Honestly if I could give this store 0 ratings I would! This store has literally no workers at the registers. They used to have about 13 registers and only 1-2 would be open and the lines would be so long, we would tell the manager and they would say that we just had to wait in line and that they weren't going to open more. As time went on they shortened the registers TO ONLY HAVING 5! And they are never open:/ most of the registers are mostly self checkout and we all know that those are a burden. Even the lines are long for those because they don't even let the customers fill all of them in and knowing that, they still don't open regular registers! I was standing in line the other day and a lady behind me saw the line and saw that it was the only one open and she was like " I'm so fed up with this service, knowing that they have so many customers they should open more!" They have almost 20 checkout lanes and still not enough because a lot of people don't like those. The only reason I go to this Walmart is because it's the closest one but either way the customers voices need to be heard!

For a Walmart store, it meets my needs as I get what I need. They don't have all the items I need or want, but if I know exactly what I want and know that I've purchased it before, then I'm o.k. And this evening I shopped for some fruit, chocolates and ice cream for game night with my nieces and nephew. We munched on Easter Kit Kats that were adorably shaped like a rabbit and its long ears; check the picture out! So cute! We also had the mini peanut butter eggs and drank some juice that doesn't have high fructose, extra sugars and artificial colors or flavors. Have to purchase some items to counter act all the sugars in some favorite candies. Thanks, Walmart, for adding to our game filled evening!
