Picked up a gyro sandwich, falafel sandwich and spanakopita. All three food items were phenomenal. Highly recommend this place. This restaurant is inside a building and doesn't have a parking spot. You have to find street parking nearby.
Midland Texas is not known for its flavorful food, so when it comes to ethnic type foods, it’s a huge hit or miss. Pop N Pitas is definitely an exception. Their Gyros are on par with more diverse cities such as Houston, Dallas or San Antonio. I love Gyros so when I give this place 5 stars, I really mean it. Try this place out and go for the classic gyro, then come back again for the other options!

The food was so good! My daughter had a gyro. She said the meat was hot and vegetables cold, exactly how she likes it. I had the greek salad. It was also good. They only took cash and I only had a $20, so we didnt get to try anything else. The owner was friendly. We will go back.
