Today was my very first time ordering pizza from Bucks pizza in Sharyland. Let me tell you that it was a good thing I ordered from here because the pizza has totally different taste and the ingredients are more fresh than the other pizza places I have ordered from. Ordered 3 pizzas one was just cheese, then one was deli phili, the other one was the vegi delight. All three were good.

One of our meals had a sharp item and made my daughter’s mouth bleed. We also received a large pizza and paid for the extra large. We order from this restaurant all the time and the staff was extremely rude and told us we were lying as they were yelling at me and my daughter. I offered to send photos and they said no. The employee we spoke to refused to give us his name and was being extremely unprofessional. We order from the all the time. I want a full refund. We told them to come pick up the food.

As a once loyal customer with a once 5 star rating 9 months ago. Due to multiple issues between waiting in a parking lot for a pick up that got delivered to my home, to a request 2x regular cheese pizza that was charged 2x cheese but pales in comparison to a pep y cheese pizza so I'm lost for the extra 1.75 charge * both times* I said not extra cheese just a regular cheese pizza... and then the icing I requested a duplicate order of my last with alfredo pasta..but it wasn't ordered or brought.. the food quality is hit or miss * usually good, but the lack of accuracy and service (apologizing with no correction or discounts) lead to my change in 5 star to the 1 star review. This is a first time ever in my review history that a once favorite place has disappointed me so much that I would change my fb also switch back to a national chain.6 months later I decided to give them another chance due to my kids loving their food..As soon as I called in Spanish, someone put me on hold!! After 8 long minutes of annoying music, I will confirm that I will NEVER order from them again!!

Ordered from here and they gave me an old pizza that looked like it was just sitting around. All they did was add more cheese and throw it in the oven. When I called them they said they would replace the pizza. I had to get up early so I said not tonight another night. I just called them to give them another chance and the guy told me it was only good for that night. I would not recommend this place unless you like old pizza just reheated!

Huge shoutout to owners and employees of Bucks pizza. They went above and beyond to make Abby’s b-day party via Zoom a huge success. Not only did they deliver the personal pizzas, wings, and drink (ordered from them), they also took the gift bags (cupcake and candies), I had put together. They didn’t have to do it, BUT, they did. And, they did it to ensure it was delivered to all 7 girls around the same time.

Regular, thin and gluten-free crust options so something for all. Our fav is Wild Buck on regular crust - it's the best in the area! The wings are big and meaty and always cooked to perfection. Our orders are always ready on time, and the staff is very efficient and professional. Can't go wrong with a meal from Buck's!

We ordered here for a company meeting and when they delivered the pizza without any call at our company office so the pizza was left cold by the time we got it . We called for compensation on the pizza and the manager Melba was being extremely rude not trying to help us out in anyway saying they did their job and that was it ??? I wouldn’t recommend this place!
