Ordered a large Meat Lovers $21 there is no way I would ever come back to this Pizza Hut for a $21 Pizza that thing should have been outstanding and it wasn't it was thin not much for toppings certainly not much for cheese and a little bit burnt and the whole time I was there the employee had some affixation with the phone because the store ran out of ranch dressing. And then on TV it says I get a free pizza after ordering one but that's only with the app.

I was disappointed there weren't any it took an hour to get my personal pizza. young lady didn't let us know what was going on and didn't get my salad until we asked. I guess poor girl was new.

I would give zero starts if I could! I ordered a meatlovers pan crust with light sauce & added pineapple. What I received was a hand tossed meatlovers, no sauce at all & the crust was hard. That took 40+ minutes to receive. Needless to say, I was very unhappy, upset & disappointed! Spent over $25 for 1 pizza that was unedible. I feel like I should be compensated for my disgraceful so called pizza.

Ridiculously cold the ac was set to 44F and the restaurant was 68F . When we asked if they could turn down the temperature they said no we can’t. It was so uncomfortably cold . Service is also really slow. Have been coming to this location for over 11 years but it’s honestly just gotten disappointing over the years. Service sucks and is slow. Food is good but the service makes me not want to return

We have been sitting for more than 15 minutes and no one has come to our table, party of 8 who got here before we did is taking the 3 waiters attention. I used to love coming to this pizza hut, but the service now is horrible. Employees are so unprofessional, they will definitely benefit from better management. After 20 minutes of waiting we decided to walk out.
