I have been to several different chicken expresses. I come to this one and y’all wanted to charge me 2 hot sauce packets for 35?!?! I have never been charged for hot sauce !! Safe to say I will never be back .Coming back to edit: made it home and the food is complete garbage! Absolutely worst chicken express. The fires are not edible and have to be a few days old and my chicken is a joke. TERRIBLE

I have always ordered ahead and the chicken is superb. Even after we get all the way home it's still warm it's not greasy I would definitely recommend.

The food was terrible. Chicken was overcooked and fries were to overdone. The people serving were strange and they deliberately picked the worst chicken for my order. The atmosphere was none existant and they have the audacity to raise the price by three dollars.

This place Is the worst ever closes early before scheduled closing time. If you pull up to order chicken out of chicken. How's a chicken place out of chicken. Got the pleasure of also watching my rolls turning into basket ball shots in my food box. Just pull the plug on this worthless store already. I have never seen a place that needs to be closed worse than this store. It's a shame!!!

Got our order tonight. All 4 dinners were completely wrong.And none of them had gravy!!!Idk what’s going on up there. They used to be decent.
I ordered an 8 piece family meal. Came with a large side and six biscuits. I asked for some packets of hot sauce and honey. They wanted to charge me 35 cents for each condiment package! I was told that if I would have gotten a combo meal, condiments are included. But, apparently if you spend $28 and get a whole family meal, you have to pay for each condiment packet?! Smh! Ridiculous! Who came up with that rule? Other than that, food was 8/10.

Been at this location twice. Service at the window is good. They took my order and it was ready in a timely fashion. Both times I have gone on a Sunday about an hour after they open. Prices are competitive with other chicken restaurants. Worth my time and money to return.
