Sometimes I like this pizza hut. However, it depends on who is working. The manager is great …..but the young, ever changing staff are inconsistent.

I was having a family Halloween party and thought this Pizza Hut could handle a 5 pizza order. I ordered online, 3 hours ahead of time... Ten minutes after I arrived, they let me know that they still hadn't made them.I left with my (incorrect) order 30m past the scheduled pick up time.The manager told me that they would credit my account a small refund for the inconvenience... Didn't happen.

Usually I've had good service and food but last time I ordered it was all wrong. At my age there's things I can no longer eat and I told them this. Guess what, things I can't eat was on it. Was "Box" so ate what I could and trashed the rest. Called and complained was given credit on account. Tried for over an hour to call them and no answer. Did they block my number?
