Very small portions, unless you are lucky to be same race as them. They put undercooked ingredients. If you bring it to their attention they get mad.

I have been going here for a couple years now and they always have great service. However, they sometimes give small portions.. My main complaint is that 90% of the time the chips are burnt. Even when they don't look that burnt they still are. I literally just thought that the chipotle chips were just like that until I ate chipotle at the firewheel location. At that location they are much lighter in color than the attached photo. There are normally a couple that aren't as badly burnt, which is why I still get them every now and then.. It's been like this for years. The tortillas used to be really bad, literally hard like a chip, but the past 3 times I went they were fine. Please just fix the tortilla chips I'm beggingggg. Just don't fry them as long as you do and it'll be fine ;-; PLEASE i would do anythinggg

butter me biscuits. oh em gee. meemaw has never be so upset. i was on the ground clenching me stomach in pain from this bowl. screaming yeehaw amen jesus. this the kinda stomach pain that has your toes curling. ol' meemaw here was determined to finish the bowl, but with every bite the pain intensified. it's like the pain of finishing your show at the rodeo. the horse kicking and screaming. sand in your eyes. now the bowl is sitting in me fridge unfinished and old meemaws stomachs is ruined. rip p

I go at funny times and the food is always warm and delicious -- bravo to the staff.Parking: The place is busy so don't be overly choosey with parking; when you see a reasonable spot, take it.

Picked up a simple order of kids meal with guacamole and two soft tortilla . App order .Tortillas are missing . Can reach through the app . Cause it needs order ID. The app itself does not show the order ID. The receipt has literally half printing . Toner is broken . Called the store . The automated system ask for same ID .

The younger kids that work here have a bad attitude they rush you so much and barley give you the right portion of protein, they need a better staff.

So very disappointed ordered 2 bowls and they added items to bowls we didn't want nor did we order. They gave us to free entrees but no fees or cost back. Had to pay to get order delivered again. Beyond

Their Barbacoa bowl is really good. So is the steak. In addition to being quick and convenient, it’s a relatively healthy, fast food alternative.
