Usually a fan of this place. However, on this particular visit I was not. Half of the flavors and mix-ins were not available. Waffle cones were not available. Also not accepting cash, unless you had exact change or you must pay with credit card. Don't know what is going on with this place, but something is up. I get the feeling they are trying to sell.
They were out of everything when we went there! My kid had to settle on his like 4th choice of what he wanted. The ice cream it self was pretty good. Just wished they had everything they advertise. The workers weren't bad, just kinda indifferent. Plus two of the workers were showing some PDA between them.

First time ever. Been wanting to try the experience with my boys for few years now. The only person working did an amazing job! She was busy & made our ice cream that was delicious! The part that gets 3 stars is about the location. Had Tons of out of stock items & smelt like a nail salon. We traveled 30 minutes to try this btw.
