Excellent is the only way to describe this restaurant, it's people, it's food and of course the chef. This is worth coming to and just enjoy. Really good and it's so nice to see people like these dedicated and performing every night. Go relax and enjoy.
EVO is really a hidden gem in the Olmos Park neighborhood. The food is just plain outstanding, the quality, flavor profiles are worth a trip to this neighborhood restaurant. We really enjoyed our dinner and experience of some very unique dishes. If were in a more frequented location I guarantee it would be more difficult to get in. As it is, we will definitely be back.

A little difficult to find and not what we were initially expecting, but the food and service were amazing. This is quaint “private” feeling restaurant that is definitely for foodies. The tomato soup was incredible and I highly recommend it. We had a party of five and the service was impeccable. Each of the entrees were amazing as well. We will definitely be back.
