Today my son was home sick from school so he wanted to use his gift card to get A breakfast burger with hashbrowns and I forgot to tell them no sauce because we got there right at 11 AM so when we got it it was drowned and sauce so by the time that he opened the burger it was 1119 so I drove back to the store and they actually remade it for me so I wanna give them a five star review for being so nice and fixing my order

I don't know what changed at this location but it is run by total morons. They screw up orders. They don't cook the food correctly. All around the worst location I have ever seen. AVOID IT.
Asked for a #1 mayo all the way and it took them longer than I would sit at a place if they was busy. It was 3 in the morning and I was the only one in the drive threw then I got home and the burger was COATED in mustard with no mayo what so ever. This place is

I ordered a number 1 with cheese and a coke zero. Juanita took my order and was very polite and made sure my order was nice and fresh. She definitely needs a promotion!!!

I usually love this place but for some reason we waited 30 minutes on cold food. We dined in and got food after half an hour. Fries were so cold we didnt eat them. Cheese was still cold on the cold burger. Just sad.

WellI went to interview last week Friday Shelia hiring manager wasn't there due to Emergency which I had understand and Clint was there and he did face to face interview and he wrote everything down in his note book and he said he was going to talk Shelia next day and I called yesterday which Shelia answered phone at this Whataburger and she asked to come in today for another face to face interview with her and I showed up 18 minutes early and again Jill an employee was working she told me Shelia wasn't there she was sick I had given Shelia my number to let me know if on her end had any changes between yesterday and this morning to let me know Shelia said ok then again I asked if another manager on call could do interview and Jill went back to to talk with Gwen and she Gwen refuses to says she didn't have the credentials to do a face to face interview with me so I called corporate office on this store #716I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE TO TRY TO GET JOB HERE
