Worst customer service at this location. All the ladies in this location need a training on customer service. Manager was behind the counter talking to someone about her personal life loud for the entire store to hear. 4 young ladies just stood at the register not moving until 10 minutes later to assist. Then was told there was no glazed donuts as there were rolling out on the belt by an employee who was laughing when she told me without even checking. I walked out at first as I walk in the same young lady bus handing fresh donuts to another person who was behind us. When she saw we had walked back in she laughed and said now we have donuts. I was ordering what I wanted and she walked away from me and another employee helped me. But the fact that the employees in this location need a retrain or figure things out. It is clear by how the manager was talking how she runs this store location such a mess.

As previous reviews have said - the floor is sticky. A section had just been mopped, so it was more slippery than sticky. They had tons of Krispy Kreme hats sitting on tables for the little ones.Service was good. They had 10+ people working to fulfill orders. We were asked if we wanted to wait for fresh donuts since they were just minutes away. We showed up wearing green (for St. Patrick's Day) and got 5 free glazed donuts plus we ordered a dozen more. They included an extra free one in our smaller box to fill it up.While we waited, we watched the rising/frying/glazing process with a mom and her toddler. Always a treat to see this. Machinery is looking like it needs a good cleaning. One of the workers stood there as the dough was dropped into the oil and grabbed the dough that got stuck to the racks (~30% wasted). All the donuts wear green for the holiday, so maybe this dough was stickier. Occasionally a donut didn't flip properly in the oil.All-in-all a good experience!Kid-friendliness: Kids love to watch the dough rise, get fried, and be drenchwd in a sugar glaze.

The young girls at this location are RUDE as heck! We don't get Krispy Kreme often at all but when we do we use this location close to my family's. We are on our way to the hospital today for my Husband to get a kidney transplant and their attitudes and lack of customer service made me so upset! This location really needs to do better or put friendly people up front!

Stg lady I talked to was just another woman trying to survive, had no enthusiasm in her job. Or at least just not happy where she is, I can feel and respect that. Doughnuts still the greatest I'd drive a great distance for.

The BEST DONUT on the planet!!!! Been to too many donut shops to count, Krispy Kreme is hands down the best (and yes, I've been to multiple Mom and Pop donut shops)... if they're cold, a few seconds in the microwave make it taste like it just came out... OMG, I literally drove from Houston to Pearland to get them... #WorthIt!!!

Honestly, I was really disappointed with how the donuts came out. They were not warm when they gave it to me, plus the donuts were cold as if you were buying the store packaged donuts in the box (ex:Walmart). I mean, come on, guys, $5.97 for 3 donuts that aren't even that big!! I could get a better deal at Shipleys for crying out loud. Lastly, the cashier acted all stuck up when I asked for a bag for the box I had the food in saying the bag is too big. As if I asked for your opinion, just give me the darn bag. I'll see if another location is better because this one was sucked.

Last night, I pulled up to the KK drive thru. The microphone echoed back everything I was saying, so it was very difficult hear the responses from the employee around my echo. After some confusion, the employee asked for a minute. I waited about four before she came back on. I tried to order again, from the top, and then she just stopped responding. So I figured she had my order, so I pulled forward to wait for the car ahead of me.When we got to the window, about eight mins after arriving at the restaurant, we waited again until the employee came and stared at me. She didn’t say anything. I asked if our doughnuts were ready? She said she couldn’t hear me so she shut off the headset. Okay…so I gave her our order. For the third time. It was only six doughnuts, two each of three different flavors. Pretty simple. As that was happening, we also saw an employee had a giant, industrial hose, spraying the floor. It looked like something a firefighter would use. The floor was soaked as far as I could see, and the blowback was so strong, we could see spray misting up and onto the doughnuts nearest the drive thru window ? ? So gross! Two other employees were standing there talking, doing no work at all, while three cars waited in line behind me.When the employee completing my order came back (I saw she had retrieved from an area that wasn’t getting sprayed ??), I was very surprised that six donuts cost almost $13. I couldn’t read the prices clearly from the drive thru signs. But my three daughters in the car had been so excited to get donuts, so I passed over my card. ?When finished, the employee opened the drive thru window, stuck out my card and receipt, then my doughnut box, and didn’t say one word to me. No “have a nice evening” or “thanks for your patience,” let alone a simple “thank you.” I was so surprised at the unpleasant attitude because we had barely been able to interact. Her look felt so condescending and bothered as she stood above me. Why?? She shut the window and walked away, washing her hands of me in the back spray coming off the floor.I only went to KK because Shipleys was closed, and I was reminded again why I dislike this place so much. The donuts weren’t even good; it was like the girl chose the tiniest ones she could find and they were so greasy. You’re better off with no doughnuts than anything from that KK. I won’t be returning.
