This place has horrible management I placed a order online and they offered the delivery and they messed up my order and wanted me to take the wrong order back,, so they could replace it with the right one mind you theirs a reason I got delivery I had no way of getting their and that’s the reason I paid extra for the delivery WING STOP offers I didn’t go through a third party for delivery

told a tattooed lady I ordered online, gave her name, and she just said okay. waited for 20 mins (I ordered about an hour ago) and nothing. it was empty by that time and i asked how long it'd take and she asked what name, she didn't notify anyone of my order and she just saw me sitting there. the other man was very kind but i think the lady should've told someone about my order, she just said okay and dismissed me. my food was cold btw

In the past this was a good place for wings and fries. The last two times have been awful! We got our order within minutes but apparently they had cooked the wings earlier and let them sit. The skin was like rubber. Not crispy at all! Would rather wait for fresh wings. Will try a different restaurant for wings in the future.

Unfriendly faces, bad customer service, and worst of all the orders are always wrong. Check your order before leaving, they won't believe you once you leave. Overall very poor place to eat, sadly very few options in Penitas.
