I’ve been here twice and it has been outstanding both times! Will definitely be coming back again and again! David was our waiter and he was great! He is from Hungary and was so kind! The food is always spot on, absolutely delicious, and is priced very fair. The cocktails!! Artisan and beautifully made! I can’t say enough good things about this place! All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. So glad we found this place and that it is located in our community!

We had a great experience at Bavette Grill. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday and they were very accommodating and so welcoming plus friendly staff. I am traveling on business and had the good fortune to dine at Bavette Grill last night. The experience was basically perfect from start to finish, and I will certainly be back!The service was absolutely outstanding, and frankly set the tone for everything that followed. I arrived perhaps only 15 minutes before closing time, and asked somewhat sheepishly whether the kitchen was still open. The hostess could not have been kinder or more welcoming as she answered in the affirmative and showed me to a booth. The busboy, who was super friendly and helpful, asked whether I wanted water, and he then brought it quickly.The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely. The decor is tasteful and understated, the ceilings are high, and the dining area is spacious. The music was a mix of jazz and vocal covers of some of my favorite songs, including Clocks and Wicked Game. The volume was just right, too; audible and enjoyable, but not loud.My waiter for the evening was Kenneth F, and he provided outstanding service throughout the meal. He was friendly, professional, and courteous, and his service was attentive without being remotely intrusive. I did not feel rushed in the least, despite the late hour. It was he who recommended the French Dip Au Jus when I asked about a couple of alternatives, and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the fries as well, and one of the other servers (he could have been a food runner) mentioned that they make their own ketchup. After I finished my entrée, Kenneth asked if I would like dessert, and then walked me through the choices. The chocolate cheesecake was simply amazing, and I can recommend it heartily.As I was leaving, I spoke briefly with the manager, to compliment Kenneth, and also to rave about the positivity and professionalism of the other staff who I had encountered that evening. When I was younger, I worked in restaurants as a busboy, dishwasher, pizza chef, and waiter, and I know excellent service when I see it. These employees seemed genuinely happy to be there, and they were engaged and attentive. The manager was grateful for the feedback, and he confirmed to me that what I described was the culture that they seek to foster at the restaurant. It shows!

This place was tops all the way around. Get yourself out there and it will be a go-to higher-end joint in your rotation. Smoked short rib croquettes were a stand out, but everything was really great and the staff were outstanding.
Had the…+tuna tataki+short rib croquettes+butcher burger+50 day wet age prime steak+pork chop+dark chocolate cheesecakeAll were recommended by our server Kevin. Everything was far better than just average. Absolutely extraordinary! This is the only American restaurant I have enjoyed in years.

Service and atmosphere is really nice. They seated us within 45 min of closing and we got our food out so quickly. Everything we have ordered on both our visits was delicious. We got the side salads and steak crostinis, French fries and salmon. We had Quinn as our waitress both times and she was great. Will definitely be back with some friends. Thanks for the delicious late night eats.

We came in for lunch, there were 3 tables plus ours. Took over 10 min to get our drinks in an empty restaurant. Our appetizers came out before our drink. The food and drinks were a miss. We ordered a lemon drop martini and Moscow mule. Both of the drinks were beyond sour. I asked for a side of simple syrup. The spinach dip had zero flavor, and the short rib croquettes were good but greasy. I ordered a Caesar salad…tasted like romaine and mayonnaise. I also ordered the mac and cheese, it was just a blob of cheese with a sprinkle of noodles. My bf got the friend chicken sandwich that was good. The fries were way too salty…guess they put the salt here to make up for 0 salt in the spinach dip. The server was kind but we won’t be back.

Three of us had amazing meals at Bavette Grille the other night. The short rib croquettes were amazing! Our daughter really enjoyed the French Dip, my husband had the steak special and I had chili glazed chicken with Brussel sprouts. Our meals were cooked to perfection, and sized generously - we happily took home leftovers. As always, the service was outstanding! Bavette Grille is our favorite restaurant in Dallas!!
