I ordered white rice, chicken, guacamole and lettuce. Upon eating this at home, my husband and I both noticed we had spice in our meals. I have a sensitivity to spice and I made sure I didn't order anything with spice. Are they using the same spoon with all the "other" ingredients for the guacamole? I've ordered this same meal, at other locations and have never had it spicy. Also, they barely serve you any chicken. I will not return to this location. Chipotle, please review, how they are serving their ingredients.

I go here a lot. Probably 50 times a year.Lately I'm seeing two changes: the crew have been told to hold back on Meat in the orders (they're almost half of what they used to serve last year) and the place is MESSY. The staff are expected to clean up periodically !! Hey, it's a restaurant and I expect a clean place with clean tables and trash cleared up !! Ok ??

Tom, the really tall guy, was extremely courteous and efficient - I was in and out in under a minute - double steak with a few oddities here and there, and the man took everything in stride without batting an eye. 10 out of 10, would take out from here
