This chipotle has the worst service of any chipotle I've ever been to. The worst part is that based on reviews they are aware and just don't care.No matter the time or day you order they have a line due to being out of several items at once. I could understand if it was right before closing but that is never the case.Be prepared to wait if you want anything more than rice and beans since this seems to be the only thing the staff can keep made at all times.Hopefully the owner sells to a more competent person and they do a massive management and training overhaul. Maybe they are trying to become the country's order at the table chipotle.I gave 3 stars for the food simply because you cant guarantee they will have what you want ready when you go.

Worse Chipotle I've ever been too. Got a chicken bowl server put less then a spoon fool of beans and then decides to ask cook for more after she done making my bowl. Not only just beans but chicken also not even a spoon full. Just greedy with food products in general. Lobby so dirty, cashier counter dirty to even drink

This staff doesn’t understand English and fails to pay attention to customers. I waited 15 minutes for a to go order that was already made and ready but they failed to put it on the rack or give it to me.

I have never ever seen in any other restaurants that this corner Chipotle on spring Creek has code restrooms silver lock. The employee is happily given you it's restrooms code. The location is obvious seen however the parking is tight and painful if you can find a parking spot during it's busy hours.

Poorly run. Lots of young people and they don’t serve you even when seeing you stand there waiting for assistance. Multiple employees walking by and ignoring customers, you need to ask for help and the restaurant is not at all busy. Ingredients: rice was soggy, beans overcooked, vegetables over cooked. I witnessed a young man walking in the kitchen while wiping a chef’s knife across his chest. Then he bent down to sharpen the knife using a knife sharpener on a bottom shelf. This was done in front of patrons and employees. Another man didn’t wash his hands after cleaning the restaurant. He just put on gloves before going to prepare food in the kitchen. The health department needs to investigate this location. Whoever manages this location does not take pride or basic thought into customer service or hygienic practices.

That was single-handedly the best Chipotle interaction I’ve ever had. Me and the staff were joking back and forth. They were so kind even though I came in right before close!Good job to the squad on Spring Creek!
