Very good service and experience at Fusion Kitchen! Our server was nice and attentive. Food was great. Just wished the grills got hotter, the vents were on more, and the rice was dry. Overall very good experience at Fusion Kitchen.

We were served by a young man and two woman who were helping refill drinks and broth. The service is insanely good, everyone is so kind and so patient especially since this was our very first time trying hot pot.Delicious food, lots to choose from. I suggest trying something new as we tried lots of meats that we hadn’t before. La Galbi, Brisket and Bulgogi was phenomenal. Cannot wait to come back and try again.

First time going, could have more servings to grab from the food bars. I'd say also add a Soft drink machine where customer can refill themselves up instead of charging $3 for a Can of soda. Try adding changing tables in the restrooms. Fix things customers wants/needs and you'll see the place booming back but, as of now I wouldn't go back

My girlfriend and I haven’t been liking fusion kitchen for a while and have not visited this location in quite sometime, but we decided to try it once more but now it’s gone through new management! This place is way different in many good ways! We decided to dine in on Valentine’s Day and they had an amazing experience! There’s new alcohol items & the staff is amazing! Shout out to Harry and Justin for the amazing experience! This place is basically like a couple buddies got ahold of this place and made it an amazing experience for everyone, even to the point that they made a couple of new drink that are amazing! Try the new tornado tower! You won’t regret it! Please support these guys!

I've eaten here pretty often w/family and friends. They recently came under new management, and the waitstaff is attentive and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is keeping the old broths from before -- the new ones are less flavorful, and we've been having to try some new places because of it. Nice service and meats otherwise, though.

You can have an unlimited variety of meats and hot pots. The service of the staff was friendly, the quality of the meat and other side dishes at the salad bar were really good. We now intend to visit this place periodically.
I’ve eaten here a few times and always have an excellent experience. It is so worth driving out of our way for the great food and especially for the awesome service. This is by far my favorite KBBQ place in DFW!

Beware this place is under new management. The food is terrible now. And when I told the host the food was bad (on my way out) he laughed at me and sarcastically said "thank you." You'd think he'd be curious seeing we used to eat here all time time. Not any more. Still tipped btw.
