I'm here on a business trip and couldn't wait for me and my partner to go try it. I've heard so much about this restaurant for a long time and in tv. Well we get there it's busy which is expected. We get to order it took a Lil bit to get it. It was not what we had heard. Food was dry and cold. Will not be back just my personal opinion.

Oh, what can I say about In-N-Out, first of all they can do no wrong. On this trip I only had a shake and for my weights sake I had to stay strong.I absolutely love the food and the staff is always nice. Other companies should learn from you and take heed to great food with a decent price.The strawberry shake I had was very refreshing and not too sweet. My only complaint is that it is more of a drink instead of a thick, velvety treat.If this is how you do your shakes, go right ahead and proceed. If it can be more frozen for me, that would be my only need.

First time eating a double-double outside of CA where I came up. It's also the first time I've been disappointed. Animal style is supposed to mean extra stuff: sauce, pickles, etc. This one was dry and had a normal amount of everything. The folks taking my order and money were not even polite really. In n out has always had famously nice employees. Too bad the great people of Texas have a shadow of the real thing.

Check your food before you leave. I order a double meat with onion, no cheese, and 2 hamburger, 1 protein style, and when I got home, the double meat had cheese on it, and my protein style hambergur
