Owner very argumentative and difficulty when placing an order after repeated several times the burger was made wrong. NOTE prices ring up higher than what board menu shows. Can of Coke shows 1.50 but register rings up $1.99 plus tax totals $2.13. No refills since there aren't fountain drinks available. Not sure what the charges were for 1 cheeseburger combo and 1 Philly cheesesteak since no receipt was given. We paid $34. Food was large portions but way oversauced and lacked flavor.

[10/2023] Just don’t. You won’t find anyone named Jimmy here unless they were tricked into being here. This isn’t the Jimmy’s Big burger, was told to us by the cashier.The food was bad value. They charge you a lot of money for small portioned food, canned coke, and very cheap with fries. This inauthentic restaurant exists to extract money from unsuspecting customers. They have two monitors with Netflix on while not actually playing anything on it when we were there for a dinner, just playing trailers of animals.The cashier guy was friendly, told us how the restaurant used to fail health inspections. Food took forever, 20+ minutes for greasy whopper junior sized burgers, small fries, and 2 canned Cokes for us two. Very bad value. You are better off going to in-n-out or Burger King.I wouldn’t be surprised if this go out of business or change itself to something else.

Great Friendly service and very good food. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Walked us thru our options and guided us to excellent choices. Food was hot and fresh and they brought additional items for us to try. Definitely would go back.
Alhumdulillah the steak i had was perfectly cooked if you are looking for a good halal steak this is the place to come specially if Br Ahmad cooks it you will not be disappointed Inshallah.

This location (14th Street) is not actually a Jimmy’s Big Burger anymore. It is now called Smokin’ Grill Xpress. Food was good, burgers were a decent size, and cooked well (good quality & juicy but not greasy). It didn’t taste like a traditional American burger as flavors from the grill & other foods they serve were very noticeable in the burger. Onion rings & mozzarella sticks were really good.
Food is amazing very home made burgers and the guys workers are very friendly and welcoming

I have eaten at this restaurant may be ten years ago or so. I enjoyed it and decided to bring my family to try it out. Nostalgia probably (place has not changed or had any renovations unfortunately)There were two or three different groups present when we walked in. The restaurant has burgers and we decided to try different ones. Order was placed and then we waited forever to get our food.First order of fries came in first and were not hot. However, the third ones were however none of them were salted. Philly Cheese Steak came in wasn't as hot and had limited amount of cheese in it. The other burgers were okay nothing special about them.hFinally Grilled Chicken Breast Burger - it was undercooked, cold from the inside (middle part). I was afraid that we would get sick. We left that one half eaten.Please work on delivering the food as soon as they are ready. Disappointing dinner.

We were djing at Knotting Hill up the street and needed a quick bite.The food was decent and the staff was nice but quiet.What we liked most was the variety of food they had. It made it an easy choice for us because everyone wanted something different.We ordered a burger, Philly cheesesteak and salad. This way everyone had something they wanted.Also got the curly fry’s and loaded tots.

Under new management.Halal certificate from another establishment visible in front which makes the meat here suspect.Food doesnt taste as good as with previous owner. Will not eat here again, till the food here is verified halal and good.
