If I could file a complaint with zero stars I would. I have worked overnight near this location for over ten years. I have been refused service here at 3am and instructed that they are closed. So tonight I went through the drive through at 240am. They served the car ahead of me, but when I pulled up they said they just closed. I am not a frequent customer at this place, so it was not a personal attack on me. However, I do infrequently try to get food here on my break. Tonight has to be about the 20th time I have been refused service here. I am often told that they close for breakfast preparation at 3. So I come before 3am, and still I am refused service. So my question is what is the point of having hours posted online that say you are 24 hours if you are going to refuse service to customers whenever you feel like it? Please be consistent with the hours you are closing down to prepare for breakfast, and remove 24 hours from online as your hours of operation. You are engaging in false advertisement. Also, staff are not very polite. I went into the store to ask the staff for the store number, they refused to give it to me and told me to get it offline. I never want to see anyone loose their job, but staff at this location need to understand the simple basics of customer service. I politely told them to have a good night and just left. If you are thinking you are going to get food here overnight don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

The hours are WRONG. It says they're open 24 hours, but I went there around 2AM because it said they were open online. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS BECAUSE IT SAYS OPEN 24 HOURS ONLINE!!

This McDonald's is absolutely terrible! The African-American gentleman working there is incredibly disrespectful! They serve stale, rock-hard food. It's truly disheartening to see such a lack of care and pride in doing a good job, regardless of the type of work.

Order taker need to put attention when customers are ordering instead having fun whit the co workers because I hear outside their laughing so hard after repeating my order twice still wrong I have to ask at the window to repeat my order because I knew it was wrong … is nice to have fun at work but it’s nice to have great service

I do not recommend this place, it is not a place to go to eat, rather it is a carryout, it smells bad, and the service is bad, my burger was cold, suddenly a man came in talking to himself and shouting, my son got a little scared, I hope I never return.

Great food and a good travis scott meal hope they do double meat and triple meat has well on it and today I had the j balvin meal and it was good hope they make it the j balvin mcbacon deluxe like the 1995 michael jordan mcbacon deluxe chicken mcnuggets with ranch and spicy Buffalo sauce made it good taste including a former tom thumb worker who is a cashier. Just had the double big mac today.
