No one was at the counter or came out when I came to the store around 7:40am on 4/5. Not sure if they never saw/heard me but I left after waiting for someone to come out. It was only when I backed out of my parking spot did someone come out. Pretty disappointing to not be serviced at all.

Staff is great but District Manager at his/her discretion disables the "build your own juice" option which I use & order the same juice every time. Then they forget to reactivate it. When this is disabled it forces you to come in, order & wait. Defeats the purpose of why I frequent this place & having a mobile app for pre-ordering. I understand you may be out of some items but take the order & ask for a substitute when the customer comes in... Most of the time what they are out of doesn't affect my order anyway. Have brought this to their attention on at least 4 different occasions & no one seems to care about the loss of business, so I will go elsewhere...

Kylie is always very friendly, personable, and just an overall sweet person every time I visit (and I frequent this location often because of this). She knows exactly how me and my daughter prefer our smoothies and she gets it right every time. If she’s not making them, she ensures the other team member does it correctly. Thanks always, Kylie!

Her customer service was exceptional, making my visit truly memorable.I ordered the Berry Banana Burst smoothie, and let me tell you, it was an absolute treat for my taste buds. Maddie expertly blended together the freshest berries and bananas, creating a flavorful concoction that was both refreshing and satisfying. The smoothie was perfectly balanced, not too sweet and not too tart.What stood out even more was Maddie's attention to detail and friendly demeanor. The customer service I received was 10/10!! The store was extremely clean, The manager Jae was so helpful, she was very friendly and provided me with so much information about all the different products, bowls, smoothies, shots you carry. which one would be best for me! I absolutely loved the bowl I received and will most definitely be back.

I ordered a juice and a protein bowl to be delivered to my sick boyfriend at his work. My oder was only partially delivered, because the juice bar forgot to add the bowl to the bag...Highly unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable. They didn't even offer to deliver the bowl after I called and let them know about the issue. They're only 10 minutes from the place! And you get your refund in 3 days, even though you PAID them NOW to deliver your order! Terrible business.

Let me start by saying I've never had an issue at this location until today!!! I placed my order online 20 minutes before I arrive. I order oatmeal, juice, and ginger shot. Soon as I walk in I tell them I have a pick up order, they immediately tell me the oatmeal is not ready you will have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. So I respond by telling them I don't have that time and to please cancel the oatmeal, but I would still like my juice/ginger shot.. The girl responds with a huge attitude. "Well I don't know how to do that you have to go online and cancel it yourself!" I told her that You can't even cancel an order online once it's placed. It tells you to call the store if you want to make any changes or cancel the order. The girl with really short big curly hair has a huge attitude once again... The other girl is actually trying to help me and give me my refund for the oatmeal. I tell the girl you don't have to have an attitude and be so rude. She's like I'm not having an attitude or being rude. Meanwhile she's rolls her neck/eyes. This girl has no manners let alone customer service. She needs to be fired!!!!!!!! My order was placed 8:42am on February 10th 2024. I will never ever return to this establishment and make sure to tell everyone i know not to go to this location. They should hire more helpful restpectful employees that actually care about their customers!!!!!!!!!!! By the looks of other reviews. I'm not the only one with bad experiences.

This is THE WORST Nekter location I have ever gone to. Seeing the latest reviews should be brought to corporates attention. I stopped in to get a bowl and the employee, Brei was every rude. After she made my bowl, she didn't acknowledge me, didn't look at me and tossed it on the counter. The bag fell over. She walked to the back. A new customer walks in and we are both waiting several minutes for someone to emerge. Brei was called up and I asked for her name and manager info. She smiled and told me. I asked her to write it down please and she told me no. She then walked away to the back again. I guest that walked in after me was shocked. I was shocked. I then asked for the other employee to help with a refund. Apparently Brei walked to the back and called the manager. The manager didn't speak to me and had her provide an email address to contact. Her/His name is Jae. Just poor service all the way around. I'll gladly go to any other one but this place. Horrible experience. The worst I've ever had. Oh, and my refund didn't include the tip amount and I asked for it. She said she didn't know how to help me. Just avoid. Brei needs to get out of the service industry. She clearly lacks social skills.
