It was a good break from the busy day

Drove 30 minutes to get coffee from the tollway & 121 location. Arrived at 9 pm, website hours say they're open til 10, but when you get there there's a sign on the door that says they close at 5pm. Total waste of a trip that could've been avoided by updating your hours online.

Whenever I'm in Plano, I'll usually come here to study and grab a Pearl Latte. But sometimes the place gets packed since its super small, so it's sad when there's no room to study. The last time I was here though, they completely forgot my drink order, and after 30 minutes I asked them about it and they made it quickly. Usually I don't think they do this, but I've noticed it recently the past month. Hopefully I get to come back here soon though! They definitely have one of my favorite drinks (the Pearl Latte) and I could use one right now

I came as soon as this place opened mid-week and I thought it was weird that no one was at the counter. I stood there for a few minutes and someone finally showed up and took my order. No greeting or friendliness. Okay... that was a turn off. But I get it, mornings are tough. I ordered a Mexican Hot Chocolate and asked to include their "Pearl Milk" which is supposed to be a pretty rich and tasty addition to any drink. My drink was pretty lackluster, with little flavor and I couldn't really taste the pearl milk, if it was added in the end. Sorry to make a comparison here, but I prefer Summer Moon's version a lot more. This cafe is also a wine bar. The space is minimalist, but clean, bright, and neat. This looks like a place to come and unwind by yourself or with a few friends. I wouldn't mind coming back, maybe for their happy hour with wine.

I love cafe culture (especially in other countries and am happy to have discovered a gem like Pearl Cup. Their special drink is the Pearl Latte, which is made with their own secret recipe, and it's somehow creamier than a regular latte. The barista that day also recommends a Mexican Style Hot Chocolate using cinnamon, as well as a S'mores latte. I'll definitely be back to try those two!

The coffee there is so so so good and they even have a kids menu whith hot chocolate and that tastes even better if you haven't already been here you are missing out.

Drinks were okay. On the day that we went the service was not good, and the atmosphere was really bad.. I suggest having some background music or something going on, it’s really awkward when it’s very quiet..

Think swanky coffee house....with wine. It's a great concept and a spectacular place to hang out with friends and have a drink or pull out your laptop to get a little work done in a fun environment that is not the typical coffee shop. The caffeinated beverage menu is more robust than the wine list, so this isn't going to replace the bar for happy hour for most people, but I like the low key, laid back atmosphere that caters to a wider variety of folks than just those that would want an adult drink. It's a small place, so I would imagine that it might fill up occasionally, but since it's not a full restaurant, people may not hang out for too terribly long. I'll be back to try some different drink options next time around.

I had the pearl latte and I wish it was served in a teacup, but that was most likely a misunderstanding with the barista. The coffee was overall tasty and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It's a perfect place to sit in comfy sofas and either get work done or just relax to unwind. I envisioned the latte to be a bit milkier and sweeter, so if that is something you prefer, make sure to emphasize that to the barista so you can customize your latte.

Extremely reasonable homey coffee shop. A latte cost five dollars and I was able to stay for a long time in the morning on a weekday without having trouble to get a seat. They have some snack options too which seemed great but they did seem a little pricey. The WiFi is free and there is outside seating as well! A part of granite park boardwalk.

The Pearl Cup I went to first was the one in Richardson near UT Dallas. This is a relatively new coffee place in the north Plano/Frisco area. The place is not big. The interior is quite plain, with simple lighting and geometric paintings on both sides of the walls. Couches are on one side and small wooden tables on the other with a long padded seat against the wall. Electric outlets are readily available, so your devices will get charged if needed. The menu has the typical caffeinated beverages you would want at a regular place. One nice thing about this place is you can get an adult drink if you feel like it. Not sure if they want to compete with their neighboring wine bars. I ordered a London fog, which is very smooth, foamy with a pleasant earl gray favor. Not the best I've ever had, but was acceptable. This time I ordered a chai latte, which was also fine. I always like chai with a spicy kick though. I will try something else next time. Their coffee cake is really good. I do recommend it if you like a pastry to go with your drink. The outside seating is really nice. If weather permits, you may want to sit out there. The two times I was here. I noticed leftover food and empty cups were left on the table for as long as I was there. Since this place is not big, I would think they try to clean up more often to make tables available as soon as they are. Just a suggestion. Don't want to tell them how to run their operations.
