Aurto was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Starbucks! I went in ordered $30 worth of drinks he said the terminal wasn’t working I offered to pay cash he said they could not take my $50 bill opened the register and laughed saying go get change from cs I asked him why he could not break my $50 when he just laughed and showed me he had plenty of change. He was more interested in playing with another customer and another employee. I wanted to make sure my card wasn’t charged and he questioned me on it. I come here often but the service today was awful. Aurto should not be in cs as he does not know how to handle a customer. Did not want to take my money bc he didn’t want to do his job. Then turned away two more customers after me with the same excuses and laughed and talked bad about them in front of me. Starbucks your business is CS please train your employees to be more customer friendly and take pride in their appearance especially when handling food. Not a good look!!!? extremely disappointed in this visit.

I stood in line for 20 minutes, there was one barista and he never asked for my order, nobody was in front of me and I was standing right there. People continued to come in for mobile orders so he did all of those first and didn’t acknowledge me at all, poor customer

I used to go to the store often because it’s so close to my house, but I will not anymore if I can help it. Their espresso machine keeps breaking - I swear it’s out 30% of the times I try to go here. Today, I couldn’t get my latte, so I ordered a Pike roast in my own cup (trying to reduce waste). After I ordered and was waiting, they told me it would be 5 mins for the coffee to brew, so I waited. After a bit, they set a standard cup out without saying a name. A few minutes later, one of the baristas looked at me and said “this is yours”. I asked him where my cup was and he looked around, found it, poured my coffee from the paper cup to mine, and gave it to me. I’m so disappointed, this ruined the whole purpose and he did not apologize. There are nice and friendly baristas that work here, but the ones that were there today seemed half asleep. Not a good start to the day :/

employees here are a jackass. they don't look like they want to be there. their faces look like somebody ran over them with a tire because they're so unhappy to be there. they look like a piece of s**** they had a "buy one get one free" sale, but when you go with a group, you could get a free drink except the rest of your friends can't get anything free. it's stupid right? they shouldn't have a stupid sale then. if you cant give buy one get one free then dont offer at all. you make starbucks look bad. they also give you side eyes when you walk around the shop. as long as this employee is working, the shop will go downhill. if i could put zero stars, i would.

Very slow. My husband went to get us coffee, his was hot and mine was cold. I get a decaf but I’m fairly certain it wasn’t decaf.. my stomach has been horrible since I drank the coffee this morning.

Clean, friendly, and great drinks. The only thing is that the line can get a little long, but apparently they're having trouble finding people.

Worst Starbucks ever l… I bought a pink drink and it was tasteless asked the lady there why it was so she said they added water to it…. I’ve never heard of Starbucks adding water to their pink drink before that was the first.
