Stopped in for a quick lunch. Ordered a brisket sandwich and WOW. Brisket stacked so high on the bun, I almost needed to unhinge my jaw to get a bite. Tender, juicy, perfect with a good home made(?) sauce. Family owned and operated, Q chef on site.
The Texas plate was perfect for a big guy. Brisket and sausage were great! Beans finished nicely. My wife had the brisket nachos. Damn it was good. I had to stop eating my plate so I could have some of hers. Definitely going back. Good prices and great service too.
