This is probably my favorite Hu-thieu place in town. If you're going to splurge, this is the place for great homemade Vietnamese food. This place always hits the spot whenever my parents aren't able to make what I was craving or if I'm coming home from work. This place is fairly new, but the inside looks really modern and clean. I got the hu tieu kho dac biet (nam vang style) with rice noodles/thick egg noodles and Vietnamese iced coffee. My waited had great attention to details. He asked if I wanted my Vietnamese coffee in a to go cup. I mistakenly said no. REMEMBER, when ordering authentic Vietnamese coffee it is freshly steeped in a Vietnamese espresso maker. Finally visited last week, and Di-An-Gi did NOT disappoint! One thing other folks might not notice, is these guys bothered to put up a really nice sign. That's the first indicator to me that they plan to stick around for a long while; and if that's true then they better care about their food... and guess what? It sure seems that they do!
