“Kaiyo is one of my favorite spots in Dallas. Have been going several times a month since they opened, and it's always great. The chefs Will and Raymond are talented and do a great job of making you feel welcome. The sushi is fantastic. The restaurant has a great vibe too. I'm vegetarian, and theres several great vegetarian sushi options ( mushroom and eggplant sushi!). Also, they make great cocktails. Highly recommend

I went during lunch break and was the only person in the restaurant for the majority of the time. The food came out very quickly and was piping hot. “Delicious when we dined in and this time when we did take out! Seaweed salad, avocado roll, tuna roll, salmon roll, inari maki roll, and yaki soba! All delicious. Inari maki is unique, and the taste was so balanced and delectable! And ready in 20 minutes!
