I usually don’t do reviews on food from a convenient store but since this chain has a good selection I like their BLT as well as other things they make fresh. Long story short do not order food when you see KIDS making your food. Just walk away all the food I got this morning was horrible I returned the BLT and should have checked my chicken flat bread was ranch everywhere and the 2 brisket tacos that was literally the tortilla rolled up with nothing I took the stuff out both tacos to make one. I will just visit the new location even if it’s out of the way!!!!!!

Very uncomfortable experience. Came early in the morning to get gas before work & grab a drink. Upon walking in , I was not greeted my neither Hispanic male & female worker at the register ( mind you I am an American American woman). Shortly after , a Hispanic male customer came in , and the worker immediately greeted him and said good morning. As I was grabbing my drink , I notice the other Hispanic female who was working the register, go and turn off the machine that was set up for ordering breakfast. I had no intention on ordering breakfast, but that was clearly flat out racist & disrespectful . As I am waiting in line to be checked out , the male Hispanic worker told the customer to have a great day and smiled, but when I approached the register, I got nothing. No total , no eye contact , no thank you , just silence. Very uncomfortable experience for me as I have never experienced anything like this at this location before.

i like the subs at qt but today they were sloppy with the food the big piece of tomato , banana peppers butt & our sauce were real cold the croissant sandwiches was smashed and my subs weren't even wrapped up they were open and the guy at register was rude today wasn't. qt good day

Giving out used coupon for free drinks and y’all side are weak!… it’s y’all ice that keep people coming back. Terrible customer service terrible manager service like somebody want to steal a free drink or trying to get over for a free drink. Y’all people be kidding me. and y’all always out of everything. Where is the management in there?

Kayden B is a fantastic person with a big heart. Kayden was changing the trash bags outside when he saw a car break down in a very busy intersection. It was at this moment that Kayden and another nice young man leaped to action. I had asked for 32 dls in gas, at the time I write this there was not much left for the 10 gallons, and in my car it only marked 1/4 of a tank, this is a robbery

Came in on a flat tire and the nozzle on the pump was broken. One of the employees with attempting to find a replacement but couldn't find it and another offer to let me use his personal air pump. Fortunately they were able to find a replacement and switch it out quickly and I was on my way.

I go into this store often. I typically get excellent service....however this is the 3rd day (within a 3 week time period) that I've gone into the store and left feeling like the customer service was subpar. With that being said, this does not include all the staff. The gentleman who cashed me out was kind, had a smile and personable. I ordered food from the kitchen...which I rarely do from this store anymore as I have had terrible experiences in the past. In fact, I go out of my way to stop at another QT location where I know the treatment and product I receive will be courteous and be correctly made (or even made with special tweeks that I might request...like toasting my grilled cheese just a little longer than standard). Today however after ordering a wrap I simply wanted to see if they had something I could cut the wrap in half with. I approached the counter and addressed the *numerous* employees behind the counter in general the female looked right at me, ignored me and walked away...along with the 3 other closer employees. A gentleman at the register did answer from where he was that the did not have any knives available. I was standing there with my open, purchased wrap and was quickly dismissed....no " is there something wrong with your wrap... can we help you with anything..." just a dismissal that made me feel like I cannot be helped and I should leave. The only reason I am saying anything at all is because the treatment I feel I get here is so drastically different from the other QT locations. It is a quick solve... the only time I will visit this QT in the future is when time doesn't allow me to visit another location or I accidentally pass the 7 Eleven.

Great inexpensive top tier gasoline with ethanol free 90 octane option, open 24/7, nice attentive staff, and quick food. My only issue is that the pumps run out of paper for gas receipts often and I have to go inside to get a receipt.

Love QT especially three varieties of coffees and drinks. Sandwiches are made to order and always delicious. This is my go to place. Prices for food are good.
