I have been a few times for breakfast and the employees all have been outstanding! The bagels are the best around . I met Shawn , he is definitely one that cares about his job and goes out of his way to make sure I was taken care of !

If I could give more stars I would!! I called this morning at 6:15. I had placed a catering order at another place to pick up this morning and they cancelled same day. I called Einsteins asking if they could accommodate a last minute catering order and have it ready within 2 hours. John was the nicest human ever and was so understanding. This location truly cares about their customers and they are literally saving a work event for me. This is the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you again!!!

I come to this Einstein Bros. Bagels weekly—if not more—and it’s hands down my favorite breakfast stop. In all that time, I’ve only ever had my order made wrong once, which is inevitable because, well… we’re human. What really matters is that they always go above and beyond to make it right.

Fabian, who I believe is the store manager, is consistently kind, helpful, and truly sets the tone for great service. The bagels are amazing, the team is quick and efficient, and the service is top-notch every single visit. My mornings have genuinely been a lot happier since this Einstein Bagels opened along my commute!

Our first time here was not the greatest experience. The atmosphere was inviting and clean. The service was not so inviting. Not one person smiles or greets you. Our bagel sandwiches put together very sloppy. The avocado just drowned the sandwiches and made the tomatoes and egg slide out.

The service was horrible. All I did was order 4 plain bagels to go and it took them 15mins to literally put them in a bag so I could leave. Just plain nothing on them didn't cut them, nothing. 15 mins when they are directly in front of the front desk lol.
