Big'z Burger Joint UTSA Reviews
This was my second time here, and once again I had a phenomenal experience! The staff truly goes above and beyond to make things right. I had a beer and some fries at the table before heading out to play on the field. When I came back, our food and drinks were gone, so I let the manager know and without hesitation, she replaced my beer and fries. Excellent service and a great atmosphere every time!
Casual and relaxed great party room in back.
Good burgers

Big'z Burger Joint UTSA is a great find for burgers. Customers describe the burgers as home cooked and huge, living up to the "Big'z Burger" name. The patties are described as huge, and one reviewer noted they are "really big, juicy hamburgers." They also offer an excellent selection of other food items like the large fried chicken sandwich, which was described as massive and delicious.
The restaurant has a full bar and meeting rooms. It's a huge restaurant and very spaced out, with ton of space, making it suitable for events like kids birthday parties. The ambiance is good vibes, with lots of families. While the dining area's plain empty space with long picnic tables might be a bit odd to some, the overall space is impressive.
Meals are reasonably priced, with a double cheeseburger meal costing less than $20 and including two huge patties, cheddar cheese, good amount of fries, and a refillable drink, which is definitely worth it. They give an option for how the patty is cooked, with medium rare being a popular choice. The cookies, particularly the chocolate chip, are also highlighted as one of the best ever.
Service is generally good, with staff being polite and checking up on customers. However, one reviewer noted that while the food and building were good, something felt missing compared to other Big'z locations. Despite minor critiques like watery lemonade, many reviewers highly recommend Big'z Burger Joint UTSA and plan to return. They have two locations.
