Blanca’s did our bride and groom cake. Not only was it beautiful but it’s the best cake I’ve ever had. From seeing them at the bridal expo, the tasting, to our wedding day- every cake we tried was consistently delicious. We will be ordering all of our cakes for special events from Blanca’s from now on. They also did our catering for our wedding and all of the food was so good. We got so many compliments on the appetizers, entree, and the mini tacos at the end of the wedding. I highly suggest the steak crostini’s for the appetizer. It was so delicious and the meat was so tender. Not only was Blanca so sweet and personable but she made sure we got everything we wanted, right down to the Spider-Man grooms cake.

She catered our entire wedding in 2018! This is THE single most sweetest woman I have ever met.
She was as excited for our wedding as we were. From our initial meeting, to our cake testing and showing her venue, we felt like we were in the hands of a loving family member!
The night of the wedding she even incorporated our roses into our wedding cake. Our motif was burnt orange and olive green. Tough to pull off, she she made it EFFORTLESS.
And as if everything she did wasn't enough SHE WAS THERE AT OUR WEDDING !
Dinner was as delicious as it was flawless and she made sure that both the bride and groom were fed.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this extraordinary woman and her business!

Blanca is the sweetest! She catered for our wedding this past Sunday, the 23rd, the 1 year anniversary of her own daughter’s wedding. She was so responsive with any special requests I made when it came to the food or drinks served with the dinner. Our guests all raved about how delicious the food was. We couldn’t be happier with Blanca’s service's.

Hired them for my wedding back in 2017 and now for my baby shower 2025 and their cakes have never disappointed. They know how to make nice cakes and make them taste good! I feel that it is difficult to get both at times. I went in with ideas I had for the cake and they made it happen. Their cakes are very moist. We specially enjoy the almond cake with cream cheese! Also, on the day of the event they reached out to let us know they could have it delivered to our venue since they were technically closed that day on a Sunday but they had other wedding cake deliveries. This was a huge life saver as we ordered a large sheet cake for 100 people which does not fit in a standard fridge. At the venue we used for our event, there was an industrial fridge that was not fully working and the gentleman who delivered the cake went out of his way to test the fridge to make sure it would stay cool in there until it was time to serve. Thank you Blancas cakes! We will keep ordering from you for years to come!

Asked for a specific baby shower cake and cookies and they designed it perfect and it was delicious.

This place is pretty unresponsive. If you are looking for something for an important event, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I originally sent them an email on May 28 where I asked if they do wedding cake tastings for my wedding coming up. I did not receive a response until I sent a follow up email stating this will be my last attempt to contact them.

I finally received a response and everything was going well, then since we could not make it during their tasting hours they stated they offer sample platters for a charge.

I was okay with this and asked to even add on things so I could try different cakes with different icings. I told them I understood that it would be an upcharge and I was more than willing to pay for that. They asked for at least 24 hours notice to have everything ready, I gave them 2 days notice, but I never heard back from them.

If you are okay with being ghosted and having the chance of people not taking your event or time seriously, then give them a chance. But if you are planning a wedding or an important event I would look elsewhere.

I was very happy and satisfied with the cake they made for my daughter’s graduation party. They created it exactly the way I wanted, even on short notice, when every other place I called was already booked. Not only did it turn out beautiful and meaningful, but I also received a lot of compliments on how delicious it tasted. I truly appreciate their work and highly recommend them!

If you're looking for someone that can do it all starting from venue,cake,flowers,decorating, delicious food options and complete service all at a very reasonable price, then look no further and give Blancas cakes and catering a call. This owner and her staff went above and beyond to make our daughters wedding/reception a success. There are no words to express our gratitude towards Blanca and her staff for all of their hard work. Blanca’s did an amazing job on customizing my cake and bringing my vision to life. Everyone loved the cake and it was beautiful. They also gave me excellent customer service! I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!!!!

We booked a catering order and had buffet style along with cake cutting service. Overall, it was mediocre. Our cake was butchered, and the service was, well, they looked lost serving us the food. They forgot our vegetarian meals for our guests. We did get refunded, so that was good, and Blanca is a really nice person.
