Overall I’d give this place 4 stars. While our experience was bad and we waited forever for our food, I understand the challenges in the service industry now days. The staff and manager tried their best to make up for our long wait and I appreciate that. We were there for my nephews 14th birthday per his dinner request. There was a special going on with the bogo boneless wings I believe. So everyone who ordered boneless wings ended up getting their food out late. I had buffalo medium traditional wings with lemon pepper on top so my food had no issues but the rest of the table (some who ordered well before me) were waiting

I've only ordered pick up here twice. Both times I got the wrong food and had a poor customer experience. From my wife calling an order in and the staff member being rude to her to myself getting rude service picking up the food. Management should be fired for allowing this to go on. Clearly every review is 1 star the only 5 stars look fake like the employees posted them. Another 1 star review!

If I could give it a no stars I would .My recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I regret to relay that it was quite terrible. There was a misunderstanding about my order. I was provided with the wrong wing flavor, and the number of wings was short by three when the order was replaced. I was supposed to get 10, but only 7 were given. The manager stated you ate 3 so you get back what was sent back and it’s also because the wings are in the same hot category.What escalated the situation further was the response of the manager on duty Danielle. Instead of handling the situation professionally and aiming at service recovery, the manager projected an unacceptable attitude, echoing that she was reflecting the 'same energy' as my husband. This was a downright shock and distasteful to encounter. Even if a customer is upset a manager should never act in this manner. Something to think about as management is that you will encounter many personalities some of which could be a disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD which he (my husband) suffers with everyday. The next bad customer service for us was when we attempted to order a round of beers the waiter stated everyone can have a drink except for your husband.Considering these experiences, I am disappointed and I emphasize that I will not be visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

Ordered 10 piece with a salad. Couldn't finish because one of the pieces felt cold, almost frozen. My partner had a few pieces as well...24 hours later, I got food poisoning due to the poorly cooked chicken. It's been terrible the days following. Just terrible pain in my stomach, bloating, nausea, and diarrhea. Never going again.

I really don't write many negative reviews on food since I'm not a picky eater but I sadly have to write this one to express how disappointed I am with the food quality. I waited around 15 minutes to receive my two orders. The cauliflower wings and my dry rub lemon pepper wings. The cauliflower wings were okay but my issue was with the dry rub lemon pepper wings. I understand they are dry rub but these wings were incredibly dry to the point where it sounded like I was chewing on rocks. No one single wing (out of the 20) I ordered was a pleasure to eat because they were too tough to chew. I actually hurt my gums when I accidentally chewed on a wing the wrong way. It was like I was trying to bite on a lemon pepper flavored rock. I was really hoping that I could find another wing place near the fitness connection gym after a good workout but it looks like I'll have to continue going to Wingstop.. I wasted my money here.

Today had been a long day at work and school so we (my family) were very eager to have a great meal, our food did not come out hot/fresh as expected however as soon as I brought it up to the managers attention (I was not rude nor disrespectful nor I wanted anything free), he made sure we got a redone fresh order. Thank you Andu (manager) and our server Angel for taking great care of our family. We will definitely be back for some more delicious wings! We do not hold any grudges :-) as a previous server I know sometimes being short staffed can come with a bit of difficulties for the customer but you took no time to take care of the issue and for that we are grateful, thank you again

I am writing this review to express the disappointment my group had during our visit. My husband, his friend, and I decided to have dinner here since we had a coupon that specially stated: buy a certain amount of boneless wings and get the exact same order for free. Waitress went ahead and took our order and came back with bone-in wings. We asked her if we could change one of the orders to boneless wings, but since the coupon stated that the orders needed to be the same, she couldn’t do that. We went on to say how we understood and how we had no problem paying the extra charge for it. However, she was very aggressive with her attitude and did not want to admit that she was in the wrong from the get go since the coupon specially stated boneless wings. Needless to say, we were just really bothered by her rude approach to the situation. We did not continue our dinner there and went ahead and asked for to-go boxes.
