This place/chain always takes forget to get service. Tonight we waiting 20 minutes and no one came to our table to greet us or take our orders. Sad cause we were looking forward to it.

All of our food was cold. From the appetizer to the main entrées, everything came out slow. Once our entrées came out cold, it took at least 10 minutes for our waitress to come back to our table. The waitress grabbed the manager, but all he said was, "It was grabbed straight from the window." When they brought our boxes and the check, there was a hair in the food! The manager took 25% of the check, and that was that. 0/10 don't recommend.

Service not so great! The waitress forgot to bring my dad's salad, we asked for it a few times, and she brought it when he was almost done with his meal. Usually that comes first, then your meal. The waitress left her shift, but didn't ask if we needed anything.

Today I got their grilled salmon, coleslaw, and steamed broccoli! Their food is always delicious! The prices are always low!!
We eat at Cheddar's 2-3 times a month. They get orders right & are polite. Food is great too!

"We went out for a family meal, but encountered several issues. Our waitress included an appetizer on the bill that we didn't order. Additionally, the chicken tenders served to our kids seemed stale, and we discovered hair in the mashed potatoes. Upon informing the manager of these concerns, his response was dismissive. Although he had our meals remade, he neither acknowledged the mishaps nor offered an apology for the inconvenience."

Everything was fine, and the waitress was polite, but every worker in there acted annoyed that we were the last ones that came into the restaurant an hour before they closed on a slow night. They didn't hide it. Even so far as trying to split our party of 9 into 2 booths instead of at one table when there were literally no other customers in the room. They acted like that wasn't possible, but what it really seemed like is that it would be a pain to put 2 smaller tables back together after we left. Part of the eating experience has to be a good atmosphere.
